Common Questions

How quickly are leads available after I sign up?
Once you have subscribed to a paid plan and loaded lead purchase credits into your account, leads are available for purchase immediately — no waiting period, no approval queue. Simply log in, apply your filters, and start purchasing and downloading leads right away.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will be downgraded to a free account, which will disable the ability to purchase leads regardless of any remaining credit balance. Please note that all purchased credits are non-refundable, so we encourage you to use your available balance prior to cancelling. Should you choose to resubscribe at a later date, the standard monthly subscription fee will apply to initiate a new subscription.
What export formats do you support?
All lead purchases can be downloaded in CSV or Excel format directly from your account dashboard. These formats are compatible with virtually any dialer, spreadsheet, or data management system your team uses.
Are your leads shared?
Yes — all of our leads are sold on a shared basis, meaning the same lead record may be purchased and worked by multiple buyers. This allows us to offer competitive pricing while maintaining a high volume of available leads. Aged data lists are also sold on a shared basis.
What is your policy on poor quality leads?
We stand behind our lead quality. If a lead does not meet the agreed-upon criteria — wrong geography, invalid contact info, etc. — contact your account manager with the specific details and we will review and issue credit appropriately.
